Sanima Capital To Sell 10 Crore Units Of ‘Sanima Large Cap Fund’ From Magh 9

Sanima Capital Limited is selling 10 crore units of its new scheme ‘Sanima Large Cap Fund’ from Magh 9, 2077 BS. The public offering will close on Magh 13, 2077 BS. If the issue remains under-subscribed until that period, it will extend to Magh 26, 2077 BS.

The par value of each unit of the scheme is Rs 10. Hence, the total size of the fund is Rs 1 Arba.  Sanima Large Cap Fund is a close-end fund. Hence, it will be listed and traded at Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The maturity period of the scheme is of 7 years.

Sanima Bank is the promoter of the fund. Likewise, Sanima Capital Limited is the fund manager.

Out of the total fund size, Sanima Bank will purchase 13 percent or 1.30 crore units of the scheme. Likewise, the fund manager Sanima Capital will buy 2 percent or 20 lakh units. The remaining 85 percent or 8.50 crore units will be sold in the public offering.

ICRA Nepal has provided [ICRANP] AMC Quality 3 (AMC3) rating to the fund manager. This indicates Adequate Assurance on the Management Quality.

Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1 crore units.
