Sanima Reliance Life Insurance to Skip Dividend from FY 2078/79

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (SRLI) has completed the final audit of Sanima Life Insurance and Reliance life Insurance (before merger) for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Approving the financial report of the FY 2078/79, the board meeting has decided not to distribute the dividend to the shareholders.
The report will be sent to Nepal Insurance Authority for the approval.
As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 4.18 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2077/78 as well, both the companies didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
