Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Proposes 9.24 Percent Dividend from FY 2080/81

Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (SRLI) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The life insurance company has proposed a 9.2489 percent dividend. The total dividend includes an 8 percent bonus share and a 1.2489 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 4.95 Arba.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, the life insurance company had provided an 18.3811 percent bonus shares. However, from the fiscal year 2078/79, SRLI didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
