The name of Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been changed. The company has changed its name to ‘Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.’
Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha was formed after the successful merger of Sarathi Laghubitta and Naya Nepal Laghubitta. The merger completed in the share swap ratio of 1:1. Both the microfinance started joint operation after the merger from Ashwin 5, 2077 BS.
