Naya Nepal Laghubitta Merges With Sarathi Laghubitta, Joint Operation From Ashoj 5

Naya Nepal Laghubittan and Sarathi Laghubitta are scheduled to start integrated business from Ashoj 5, 2077.
After the merger of Sarathi Laghubitta and Naya Nepal Laghubitta, integrated business will be done under the name of Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
The two companies had passed a proposal to merge in the ratio of 1:1 through a special general meeting. Naya Nepal Laghubitta with working area of 10 districts is listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) while Sarathi Microfinance has not yet issued an IPO.
A merger agreement was reached between the two companies on Magh 20, 2076. After the merger agreement, Nepse had stopped the share trading of Naya Nepal Laghubitta since Magh 21, 2076.
After the integration, the central office of the company will be located in Dhulikhel municipality of Kavre district.
The company was given final approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank on Bhadra 7, 2077 and by Office Of Company Registrar on Bhadra 22, 2077 to conduct integrated business.
