Nepal Stock Exchange has listed the shares of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) after merger.
As per the information, 2.62 crore unit shares of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has been listed in NEPSE.
Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited and Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited merged at share swap ratio of 100:80 to form ‘Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited’.
The open price range is set as Rs. Rs 599.12 for the first transaction of the company’s share.
