Nepal Stock Exchange has listed the shares of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI) after merger.
As per the information, 8.02 crore unit shares of Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI) has been listed in NEPSE.
Union Life Insurance Company Limited, Gurans Life Insurance Limited and Prime Life Insurance Company Limited merged at share swap ratio 1:1:1 to form ‘Himalayan Life Insurance Limited’.
The open price range is set as Rs 346.52 for the first transaction of the company’s share.
