Shikhar Insurance Company Limited (SICL) will organize its 17th and 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 25, 2079 BS. The meeting will take place at the Corporate Office, Shikhar Biz Centre, Thapathali. The company has requested shareholders to attend the meeting which will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
—Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78 and 2078/79.
—Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
—Endorsement of 16.8421 percent dividend to the shareholders.
—Delegation of authority to board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the dividend distribution and AGM, the book closure date is on Magh 17, 2079 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding shares of SICL until Magh 16 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
