Soaltee Hotel Proposes 31.58 Percent Dividend

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.

The board meeting of the hotel held on Karthik 11, 2082 BS [October 28, 2025] has decided to provide 31.5789 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 16.5789 percent cash dividend and a 15 percent bonus share.

From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, SHL distributed a 36.84 percent dividend including a 26.84 percent cash dividend and a 10 percent bonus share.
