Soaltee Hotel Proposes 31.58 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the hotel held on Mangsir 1, 2080 BS [November 17, 2023] has decided to provide 31.57894737 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 26.57894737 percent cash dividend and a 5 percent bonus share.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, SHL distributed a 26.31578947 percent dividend including a 21.31578947 percent cash dividend and a 5 percent bonus share.
Similarly, the company has decided to conduct it’s 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 26, 2080 BS [January 11, 2024]. The AGM will take place at Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
For the purpose of the dividend and AGM, the book closure date is from Poush 5 to Poush 26, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of SHL until Poush 4 are eligible to receive the dividend and attend the AGM.
