Standard Chartered Bank Announces 19 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal (SCB) has proposed a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2081/82.

The board meeting of the bank held on October 17, 2025 has declared a 19 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.

The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank as well as the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Standard Charted Bank had distributed a 25.5 percent dividend, including a 19 percent cash dividend and a 6.5 percent bonus share to the shareholders.

As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, SCB Nepal has a paid-up capital of Rs. 10.04 Arba.
