Last Day to Secure 1580 Percent Dividend of Unilever Nepal Limited

Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 26, 2080 (13th October 2023) has proposed a 1580 percent cash dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Unilever Nepal had distributed a 1215 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has announced the book closure date from Mangsir 12 to Mangsir 26, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of UNL until Mangsir 11 will receive the dividend proposed by the company.
