Last Day to Secure 1842 Percent of Dividend Unilever Nepal

Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 7, 2082 (23th September 2025) has proposed a 1842 percent cash dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Unilever Nepal had provided a 1714 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has announced the book closure date from Karthik 11 to Karthik 25, 2082 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of UNL until Karthik 9 will receive the dividend proposed by the company.
