Unilever Nepal Proposes 1714 Percent Dividend

Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 9, 2081 (25th September 2024) has proposed a 1714 percent cash dividend.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Unilever Nepal had provided a 1580 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has announced the book closure date from Ashwin 28 to Karthik 12, 2081 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of UNL until Ashwin 27 will receive the dividend proposed by the company.
