Swabalamban Laghubitta open to Merger/Acquisition; Formation of Merger committee

Swabalamban Laghubitta has formed a merger committee, as informed by the company. The microfinance states that it is willing to undergo a merger or acquire other microfinance. In order to support the policy of Nepal Rastra Bank regarding the merger of BFIs, the company has formed a committee for the merger. The committee members consist of :
