Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) to Provide 6.3158 Percent Dividend

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has made an announcement about the dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The bank has decided to distribute a 6.3158 percent dividend to the the shareholders. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Nepal Infrastructure Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 21.60 Arba. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 1.36 Arba.
NIFRA will send the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the bank didn’t distribute any dividend to the shareholders.
When will the shareholders receive the dividend?
