Unnati Microfinance AGM: 20% right after 40.50% bonus shares

Unnati Microfinance has informed today to NEPSE about its upcoming AGM. The microfinance is going to organize its 4th AGM on Magh 26, 2075. The 125th board of directors meeting held on 03/10/2075 has decided to convene the annual general meeting. The meeting shall take place at Hotel Pauwa, Bhairahawa.
The AGM is will endorse 40.50% bonus shares & 2.13% cash divided for tax purpose to the shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2074/75. Also, the AGM is going to endorse 20% right shares on capital after bonus & previous right share. Likewise, the meeting will give rights to BOD for any merger & acquisitions.
The company has paid up capital of Rs. 5.5 crores, reserve & surplus of Rs. 4.36 crores, net profit of 84.51 lakhs and EPS of 61.46 based on unaudited 1st quarter 2075-76. After the adjustment of previous rights,this year bonus & 20% rights, the paid up capital will reach Rs. 10.59 crores.
