Sashi Power Investment To Survey 9.6 MW Upper Ikhuwa Khola Hydropower Project In Sankhuwasabha

Sashi Power Investment Pvt. Ltd is planning to develop Upper Ikhuwa Khola Hydropower Project in Sankhuwasabha District.
The company has submitted the application to the Department of Electricity Development to survey the project. Sashi Power Investment applied for the survey license to the department on Mangsir 28, 2079 BS.
Upper Ikhuwa Khola Hydropower Project is a Run-of-river (ROR) type project with an installed capacity of 9.6 MW. The project will be built in Ikhuwa River in Sankhuwasabha district of Province one.
After receiving the survey license from the department, the company has to complete the survey within 2 years. The company can then apply for the construction permit.
