Ridi Power Company To Survey 9.9 MW Balephi Sunkoshi Hydropower Project In Sindhupalchowk District

Ridi Power Company Limited is planning to develop Balephi Sunkoshi Hydropower Project in Sindhupalchowk District.
The company has submitted the application to the Department of Electricity Development to survey the project. Ridi Power Company applied for the survey license to the department on Mangsir 16, 2079 BS.
Balephi Sunkoshi Hydropower Project is a Run-of-river (ROR) type project with an installed capacity of 9.90 MW. The project will be built in Balephi River in Sindhupalchowk district of Bagmati Province.
After receiving the survey license from the department, the company has to complete the survey within 2 years. The company can then apply for the construction permit.
