Womi & Nagarik Laghubitta Merger receive final approval from NRB

The merger of Womi Laghubitta and Nagarik Laghubitta has received the final nod from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). The central bank provided the approval on Mangsir 6, 2076.
Womi & Nagarik Laghubitta had signed the merger agreement on Falgun 24, 2076.
The merger agreement between Womi & Nagarik Laghubitta was the first in the microfinance sector.
Both the microfinance have approved the merger from their respective Special General Meeting (SGM).
