Siddhartha Bank Announces 4 Percent Dividend

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the previous fiscal year 2080/81.
The board meeting of the bank held on Mangsir 21, 2081 BS has announced a 4 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Siddhartha Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 14.08 Arba. At this capital, the cash dividend amounts to Rs 53.65 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2079/80, Siddhartha Bank had distributed a 4.21 percent cash dividend.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the upcoming AGM of SBL.
