Siddhartha Bank Announces 10.53 Percent Dividend

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has proposed the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the previous fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the bank held on Ashwin 21, 2082 BS has announced a 10.53 percent dividend. The total dividend includes 5 percent bonus share and a 5.53 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Siddhartha Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 14.08 Arba. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs. 70.40 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 77.86 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Siddhartha Bank had distributed a 4 percent cash dividend.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the upcoming AGM of SBL.
