Bikash Hydropower Proposes 10.5263 Percent Dividend

Bikash Hydropower Company Limited (BHCL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2082/83.
The hydropower company has proposed a 10.5263 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.5263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, Bikash Hydropower Company Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 90.91 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 9.09 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming AGM.
