Petroleum Price Update: Price of Petrol, Diesel and Kerosene Hikes

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has changed the price of petroleum products. With effect from Monday, the government has increased the price of petrol by Rs. 3 per litre, diesel and kerosene by Rs. 5 per liter. However, the price of LP gas has remained unchanged.
As per the new price, petrol is priced at Rs 200 per liter, while the diesel and kerosene is priced at Rs 200 per liter (in Kathmandu). Similarly, the LP gas costs Rs 2,060 per cylinder.
Previously on April 10, 2026, the price of petrol had reached an all time high price of Rs 219 per litre, while the diesel and kerosene reached the price of Rs. 207 per liter .
