Soaltee Hotel to Organize 51st AGM on Mangsir 28 | To Endorse 31.58 Percent Dividend

Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) is going to conduct its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 28, 2082 BS [December 14, 2025]. The meeting will take place at Army Officers Club, Sundhara, Kathmandu after 10 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2081/82.
Endorsement of 31.58 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of the dividend and AGM, the book closure date is on Mangsir 5, 2082 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of SHL until Mangsir 4 are eligible to receive the dividend and attend the AGM.
