Swabalamban Laghubitta Proposes 10 Percent Dividend

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the microfinance held on Mangsir 3, 2082 BS had proposed a 10 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5.6365 percent bonus share and a 4.3635 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, SWBBL has a paid-up capital of Rs 165.66 crores. At this capital, the company is planning to distribute the bonus share worth Rs. 9.33 crores. Likewise, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 7.22 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Swabalamban Laghubitta had distributed a 14.25 percent bonus share and a 0.75 percent cash dividend.
After the inclusion of the proposed bonus share, the capital will increase to Rs. 175 crores.
