NLG Insurance Proposes 7.3684 Percent Dividend

NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
NLG Insurance has proposed a 7.3684 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4 percent bonus share and 3.3684 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes as well).
As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, NLG has a paid-up capital of Rs 256.52 crores. At this capital, the bonus share is worth Rs 10.26 crores while the cash dividend amounts to Rs 8.64 crores.
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, NLG had distributed a 2.6315 percent dividend, including a 2.50 percent bonus share.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming AGM of the insurance.
