Global IME Laghubitta Proposes 10 Percent Dividend

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The microfinance company has proposed a 10 percent dividend. The total dividend will be in the form of cash. The company is planning to distribute Rs. 6.18 crores as cash dividends.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Global IME Laghubitta had distributed a 20 percent dividend to the shareholders, including 12 percent bonus share.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of Ashad end 2080 BS, Global IME Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 61.89 crores.
