Global IME Laghubitta Proposes 5 Percent Dividend from FY 2081/82

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The microfinance company has has proposed a 5 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 4.25 percent bonus share and a 0.75 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, Global IME Laghubitta didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders.
As of Ashad end 2082 BS, Global IME Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 61.89 crores.
