Aarambha Microfinance book closure for Special General Meeting (SGM)

Aarambha Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has informed Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) about its upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM). The company is going to conduct the meeting on Baisakh 26, 2076. The meeting is scheduled to start after 1 P.M. The SGM will take place at the Company’s Corporate Office, Banepa.
For the purpose of the SGM, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed from Baisakh 17 to Baisakh 24, 2076. Investors purchasing share before Baisakh 17 are eligible to participate in the SGM. NIC Capital Limited is the share registrar of the company.
