Civil Bank Limited (CBL) has announced to conduct the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30, 2078 BS. The annual meeting will take place at Amrapali, Banquet, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 11 AM.
Major Agendas For AGM:
Presentation and approval of financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Endorsement of 5.26 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of authority to Board of directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company has fixed the book closure date on Poush 20, 2078 BS BS. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing the shares until Poush 19 are eligible to receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
