AGM and book close of World Merchant Finance

World Merchant Banking and Finance has informed Nepal Stock Exchange about its upcoming AGM. The finance company is going to organize an annual general meeting of two fiscal years- 2073/74 and 2074/75 on Ashad 21, 2076. The board of directors meeting has decided to convene the AGM Motel Avocado, Hetauda, Makwanpur. The meeting will start after 11 AM.
The general agenda for the meeting is the discussion of financial reports of 2073/74 and 2074/75. The major agenda is the name change of the company and to provide rights to the BOD for any merger or acquisition decision.
For the purpose of the AGM of World Merchant Finance, the shareholders’ registration book will remain closed from Ashad 14 to Ashad 21, 2076.
