Api Power Company postpones AGM until further notice

Api Power Company has postponed the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was scheduled to be held today i.e. Chaitra 7, 2076. The AGM was set to take place at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal after 11 AM.
As per the notice by the Nepal Government on Chaitra 5 regarding the restriction to organize events comprising more than 25 people, the company postponed its AGM until further notice. For the precaution against the dangers of Corona Virus (COVID-19), the Nepal Government had issued such notice.
The company will publish another notice for its upcoming AGM. All the agendas for the meeting will remain the same. Shareholders maintained before the book closure date i.e. Chaitra 1 to Chaitra 6 will be eligible for the right share and can participate in the AGM.
