Asha Laghubitta To Organize Its 4th AGM On Poush 25

Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ALBSL) is going to conduct its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 9, 2021 [Poush 25, 2077 BS]. The meeting will take place at Fall & Trout Village Hotel, Kakani, Nuwakot after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Discussion and approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Endorsement of 15 percent bonus share and 0.7895 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Delegation of authority to BOD for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, Asha Laghubitta has announced the book closure date on Poush 12, 2077. Therefore, the investors holding/purchasing shares until Poush 11 are eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the annual meeting.
