Barun Hydropower Proposes 5 Percent Dividend

Barun Hydropower Limited has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2081/82.
The board meeting of the company held on Mangsir 3, 2082 BS has proposed a 5 percent dividend. This includes a 4.75 percent bonus share and 0.25 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
