Barun Hydropower Proposes 5.263 Percent Dividend

Barun Hydropower Limited has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2076/77.
The board meeting of the company held on December 13, 2020 [Mangsir 28, 2077] has proposed a 5.263 percent dividend. This includes a 5 percent bonus share and 0.263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Barun Hydropower has decided to conduct its 17th AGM on Poush 26, 2077.
