Bhargav Bikas Bank Proposes 6 Percent Dividend

Bhargav Bikas bank has declared 6% cash dividend from the profit of fiscal year 2074/75. The 189th board of directors meeting held on 20/09/2075 has announced a 6% dividend to shareholders, as informed on NEPSE. The dividend is worth Rs. 3.01 crores. The dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company has paid up capital of Rs. 50.16 crores, reserve & surplus of Rs. 10.66 crores, net profit of 1.45 crores and EPS of 11.58 based on the unaudited 1st quarter 2075-76 report. The current share price stands at Rs. 145.
