Book close date of one company in Nepse

Lumbini General Insurance has informed Nepse about the book close date.
As informed on Nepse, the board of directors meeting held on Ashoj 13, 2076 has decided to book close on Ashwin 27, 2076 for the issue of 10:2 right shares.
This means only those shareholders holding the shares of the company until Ashwin 26 can apply for the right share issue of the company. The 10:2 right share was endorsed by the AGM of the company held on Baisakh 25, 2076.
