Bottlers Nepal Limited (BNL) has announced dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2078/79.
The board meeting of the company held on September 22, 2022 [Ashad 6, 2079 BS] has proposed a 20 percent cash dividend.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting(AGM).
As of Ashad’s end 2079 BS, Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) has a paid-up capital of Rs. 19.48 crores. At this capital, the dividend amounts to Rs. 3.90 crores.
