Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) is going to organize its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2080 BS . The meeting will take place at the Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu after 11 AM.
Major Agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and discussion of the financial reports of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Endorsement of 5 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Issue of Follow-on Public Offering (FPO).
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the company had fixed the book closure date from Poush 19 to Poush 29, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of BPCL until Poush 18 will receive the dividend and are eligible to participate in the annual meeting.
