Super Madi Hydropower Announces 5.263 Percent Dividend

Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2080/81.
The hydropower company has proposed a 5.263 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Super Madi Hydropower Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 210 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 10.50 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming AGM.
Super Madi Hydropower Limited is currently operating a 44 MW Super Madi Hydropower Project located at Kaski district of Nepal.
