Super Madi Hydropower Announces 5.264 Percent Dividend

Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2081/82.

The hydropower company has proposed a 5.2642 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.2642 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).

As of Ashad’s end 2082 BS, Super Madi Hydropower Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 220.50 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 11.02 crores.

The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming AGM.

From the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the hydropower company had distributed a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.263 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).

Super Madi Hydropower Limited is currently operating a 44 MW Super Madi Hydropower Project located at Kaski district of Nepal.
