Super Madi Hydropower Announces 15.79 Percent Dividend

Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2082/83.
The hydropower company has proposed a 15.78947 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.78947 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2083 BS, Super Madi Hydropower Limited has a paid-up capital of Rs 231.52 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 34.72 crores.
The company will distribute the dividend after the approval from its upcoming AGM.
From the previous fiscal years 2081/82 and 2080/81 as well, the hydropower company had distributed a 5 percent bonus share and a 0.264 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
Super Madi Hydropower Limited is currently operating a 44 MW Super Madi Hydropower Project located at Kaski district of Nepal.
