Rastriya Banijya Bank Conducting 18th AGM Today | Shareholders to Receive 5.5 Percent Dividend

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBB) is going to organize its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2080 BS. The bank will hold the meeting at the Academy Hall of the bank in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. The AGM will start after 2 PM.
Major Agendas For AGM
Presentation and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2079/80.
Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Endorsement of 5.5 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date
For the purpose of dividend distribution and AGM, the bank had announced the book closure date on Poush 18, 2080 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing/holding the shares of RBB until Poush 17 are eligible for the dividend and can participate in the AGM.
