Himalayan Distillery Announces 25 Percent Dividend from FY 2079/80

Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) has announced the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend declaration is from the fiscal year 2079/80.
The company has proposed a 25 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 15 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
The dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
From the previous fiscal year 2078/79, Himalayan Distillery distributed a 70 percent dividend, including a 60 percent bonus share and a 10 percent cash dividend.
For the purpose of the dividend distribution and AGM, the book closure date is on Poush 13, 2078 BS. Hence, the investors purchasing the shares of HDL until Poush 12 are eligible to receive the dividend and attend the AGM.
