Central Office Building Of Muktinath Development Bank Inaugurated

Muktinath Bikas Bank has laid the foundation stone for the construction of the central office building on its own land at Lazimpat, Kathmandu. Chairman of the Bank, Bharatraj Dhakal, did Bhumi Puja and laid the foundation stone for the building. After the construction of the building and relocation of the central office to its own building, the bank hopes to make the service more standard and efficient to the customers.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the members of the Board of Directors of the Bank, shareholders and customer dignitaries, and employees.
The Development Bank has made arrangements to withdraw money free of cost from any bank’s ATM under VISA Network to promote digital banking business in order to protect from Corona infection. Similarly, mobile banking, QR code scan, online loan application, online account opening, internet banking, remittance deposit in the account, etc. can be done from home without attending the bank branch. At present, Muktinath Bikas Bank has 138 branches.
