Ram Sharan Pudasaini Appointed As Chairman Of Rastriya Banijya Bank

Ram Sharan Pudasaini has been appointed as the chairman of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited. Mr. Pudasaini has taken an oath of office and secrecy before the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Maha Prasad Adhikari on Monday. A meeting of the bank’s board of directors on Sunday unanimously elected Ram Sharan Pudasaini as the chairman.
Earlier, Dhaniram Sharma, joint secretary at the Ministry of Finance, had resigned from the post of chairman before the bank’s board of directors. Chairman Ram Sharan Pudasaini is the Revenue Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, Government of Nepal.
Deputy Governors of Nepal Rastra Bank-Nilam Timsina Dhungana and Bam Bahadur Mishra, other senior officials and Chief Executive Officer of Rastriya Banijya Bank Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kaviraj Adhikari, and other employees were present at the ceremony.
