Global IME Bank To Provide Subsidy Loan To Farmers Of Naukunda Village Municipality

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Global IME Bank Limited and Naukunda village municipality to increase the access of small farmers to agricultural subsidy loans. The MoU has been signed by Ramesh Paneru, branch manager of the bank, and Nurvu Syangwo Ghale, chairman of Naukunda village municipality.
As per the agreement, Global IME Bank will provide concessional loans to the farmers who are engaged in goat rearing, dairy, vegetable farming, poultry, pig farming, fishing, and production of various fruits in different places of Naukund village municipality. The village municipality will provide necessary training to small farmers.
Global IME Bank, which has a network of branches across the country and abroad, aims to provide access to banking services in 273 branches, 242 ATMs, 257 branchless banking services, 47 extension and revenue collection counters, and 3 foreign representative offices in 7 states and 76 districts. More service centers are providing services to the customers. The bank has been serving more than 2.2 million customers with the slogan ‘Bank for All’.
Similarly, the Bank is providing remittance services from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, India, Jordan, Hong Kong, and other countries.
