Chhyangdi Hydropower To Convene AGM On Poush 27 | To Approve 5.26 Percent Dividend And 30 Percent Right

Chhyangdi Hydropower (CHL) is going to organize its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 27, 2077 BS. The company will organize the meeting at its corporate office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu. The AGM will take place through the virtual medium.
The company has declared a 5.26 percent dividend to the shareholders from the fiscal year 2076/77. This includes a 5 percent bonus share and 0.26 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The company will also issue a 30 percent right share (10:3 ratio) after the adjustment of the bonus shares. The paid-up capital of the hydropower after the bonus share will reach Rs 29.77 crores.
The book close date for the AGM and dividend purpose is Poush 17, 2077. Only those shareholders holding the shares of the company until Paush 16 can participate in the AGM and claim the dividend.
The annual meeting will endorse the bonus share and the right issue.
