All three banks have reported an increase in profit in the 6 months period. Here, we will try to make the financial comparison of these 3 banks based on their second-quarter report.

Prime Commercial Bank has the highest capital among the three with Rs. 9.69 Arba. Also, Prime Bank has more total reserves and surplus of Rs. 5.66 Arba.

Similarly, Machhapuchhre Bank has the highest deposit collection from customers with Rs. 97.52. Likewise, it also leads in total lending to the customers with Rs. 87.55 Arba.

In terms of net interest income, Prime bank has earned Rs. 2.16 Arba surpassing the other two. With higher net interest income, Prime Bank has also the highest profit of Rs. 1.30 Arba. Machhapuchhre Bank and Kumari Bank have earned Rs. 82 crores and Rs. 80 crores in the six months period respectively.

Prime Bank leads in terms of distributable profit with Rs. 87 crores.

Similarly, Machhapuchhre Bank has the lowest NPL of 0.45 percent while prime bank has a lower base rate of 9.45 percent.

Likewise, Prime Bank has the highest Earnings Per Share (EPS)  and Net worth per share of Rs. 26.86 and Rs. 158.41 respectively.
