Two commercial banks, namely Siddhartha Bank and Sanima Bank have published the second quarter report of this fiscal year. Both banks have reported decent performance until the second quarter. Siddhartha Bank has reported a decline in the profit, with a 6 months profit of Rs 1.03 Arba. On the other hand, Sanima Bank has increased its profit by 17 percent to Rs. 1.15 Arba.

The deposit collection by Sanima and Siddhartha bank stand at Rs. 99.30 Arba and Rs. 126.55 Arba respectively. The free or distributable profit of Sanima bank is Rs. 95 crores while Siddhartha Bank has a free profit of Rs. 57 crores only.
