Dhaulagiri Laghubitta to Skip Dividend from FY 2079/80

Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DLBS) has informed about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2079/80.

The microfinance company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders and retain profits from the last fiscal year.

The company has sent the financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval after which it will convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Earlier, the company had proposed a 15 percent dividend, that included a 14.25 percent bonus share and a 0.75 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes). However, the company has decided to skip the dividend.

As of Ashad’s end 2080 BS, Dhaulagiri Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs. 13.31 crores.
