Unilever Nepal (UNL) started in 1992 when Nepal Lever Limited, set up a factory in Makwanpur district with an initial investment of Rs 7.36 crores. Later, the company was renamed to Unilever Nepal Limited. It is one of the Nepal’s largest fast-moving consumer goods company.

Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has provided excellent dividend to the shareholders in the form of cash over the years. The company proposed the highest dividend of 1714 percent in the fiscal year 2023/24. Likewise, the lowest distributed dividend till date is 100 percent.
