Everest Insurance Conducting 27th AGM Today | To Endorse 6.31 Percent Dividend

Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC) will conduct its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 21, 2079 BS [May 4, 2022]. The AGM will take place at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. The time for the meeting is set after 2 PM.
The major agendas for the meeting are:
Discussion and Approval of financial statements of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Appointment of Auditor for fiscal year 2078/79.
Approval of a 6.31 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Election of directors- 3 representing promoter shareholders and 2 representing public shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, Everest Insurance has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book on Baisakh 12, 2079 BS. Thus, investors purchasing/holding shares of EIC until Baisakh 11 are eligible to participate in the AGM and will receive the dividend.
