Everest Insurance Announces 6.3158 Percent Dividend From 2077/78

Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC) has proposed a dividend to the shareholders. The dividend announcement is from the fiscal year 2077/78.
The insurance company has declared a 6.3138 percent dividend. The total dividend includes a 6 percent bonus share share and 0.3158 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes).
As of Ashad’s end 2078 BS, Everest Insurance has a paid-up capital of Rs 118.36 crores. At this capital, the bonus share amounts to Rs 7.10 crores while the cash dividend is worth 37.37 lakhs.
The dividend is subject to approval from Beema Samiti and the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
From the previous fiscal year 2076/77, EIC had distributed an 8.42 percent dividend including an 8 percent bonus shares.
