Last Day To Secure 8.95 Percent Dividend Of Excel Development Bank | 16th AGM On Shrawan 9

Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) is going to convene its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Shrawan 9, 2079 BS (July 25, 2022). The meeting will take place at the Siddhartha Hotel, Birtamod, Jhapa. The time for the AGM is scheduled after 11 AM.
The major agendas for the AGM include:
Presentation and Approval of financial report of the fiscal year 2077/78.
Appointment of Auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
Delegation of Authority to Board of Directors for any merger/acquisition decisions.
Approval of 8.95 percent dividend to the shareholders.
Book Closure Date:
For the purpose of AGM, the bank has decided to close the shareholders’ registration book from Ashad 28 to Shrawan 9, 2079 BS. Hence, the shareholders maintained until Ashad 27 will receive the dividend and can participate in the annual meeting.
