Excel Development Bank to Skip Dividend from FY 2080/81

Excel Development Bank (EDBL) has made an announcement about the dividend to the shareholders. The dividend decision is from the fiscal year 2080/81.
The bank has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of the previous fiscal year.
As of Ashad’s end 2081 BS, Excel Development Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 124.96 crores.
From the previous fiscal years 2079/80 and 2078/79 as well, the development bank didn’t provide any dividend to the shareholders. However, from the fiscal year 2077/78, Excel Development Bank had distributed an 8.95 percent dividend, including an 8.5 percent bonus share and a 0.45 percent cash dividend.
